20 reasons why women stay with men who cheat.

Posted by Unknown Minggu, 24 November 2013 0 komentar

Many people find it hard to understand why a woman would choose to stay in a marriage or a relationship with a man who has cheated on her, or who has a history of extramarital affairs. Yet there are millions of women, who for various reasons, have chosen to stay with a cheating partner. In fact, according to experts up to 75% of couples rocked by infidelity manage to stay together.

These are not the only reasons women remain in relationships with cheaters. There are a myriad of reasons why women stay with cheaters, some that only make sense to the women involved. Below are just a few reasons why women choose to stay with a cheating spouse or partner.

1. The lying has stopped
Women feel better, after everything is out in the open. They believe that with the lying over with, they can begin to repair their marriages.

2. Love
Infidelity does not instantly cancel out love. A woman may still be very much in love with her husband or boyfriend, despite the fact that he has cheated on her.

3. They blame themselves
Self-recrimination seems to play a big part in why women stay with men who cheat. They blame themselves for their men’s behavior. “What did I do wrong to make him cheat?”

4. Financial reasons
There are women who are unable to, or believe they cannot make it on their own without the financial support of a cheating partner.

5. Convenience
It may be more convenient to stay with the cheater for the time being, until certain legal or financial measures have been put into place.

6. For the sake of the children
Some women feel that children should be raised in a two-parent home at all costs.

7. Desire to one up, the other woman
“Hell hath no fury, like a woman scorned” Wives who have been scored, may have the need to prove they won over the other woman. The wife may be hell bent on showing her husband’s mistress, that she was nothing more than a fling, while she, the wife, has the home, children and the good life.

8. Not willing to give up a certain lifestyle
Leaving a wealthy or prominent man may mean that a woman has to give up a lavish lifestyle that includes a luxurious home, fancy car, expensive clothes, and jewelry, exotic vacations and more.

9. Bad timing
The current economic situation, a serious illness, or any number of other problems may mean that leaving the cheater has to be temporarily put on hold.

10. Insufficient proof of infidelity
A woman may feel that she lacks sufficient proof that her spouse or significant other is actually having an affair.

11. Fear of change
Leaving a long-time partner is a life-altering decision. A woman may be afraid to make such a drastic change in her life.

12. Low self-esteem
A woman may have so little confidence in herself that she feels unable to make it on her own.

13. Honoring the marriage vows
Some women take their marriages vows literally, which say: “for richer for poorer, for better or worse, in sickness and in health, till death do us part.” These women take seriously the vows they have made, and desire to obey them, even to the bitter end.

14. Thinking the cheater will change
A woman may truly believe that a husband or boyfriend with a history of cheating will eventually change his cheating ways.

15. To achieve career goals
Remaining in the marriage or relationship with the cheater may be instrumental in the achievement of the woman’s career goals.

16. Hoping counseling will help
If the couple or the cheater himself is getting professional counseling, the woman may be hopeful that this will help.

17. Fear of being alone
Some women simply do not want to live without a man in their life and feel that even a cheating man is better than no man at all.

18. Religious beliefs
Some wives feel that divorcing a cheating husband goes against their religious beliefs.

19. Desire to keep the family intact
There are wives who believe it is important to keep up the illusion of an intact family, despite the fact that their husbands are having an affair.

20. Belief that it will not happen again
A woman may feel that her partner’s infidelity is an isolated incident that will never happen again.

Year ago Ann Landers, in her column would tell wives to ask themselves one important question; “Are you better off with him, or without him”. It could be as simple as a woman looking at her overall situation and deciding she is better off staying. She should never have to explain or defend her decision to family or friends as to why she has chosen to leave or to stay with a man who cheats.

Choosing to leave, or to stay with a cheating spouse or significant other is a very personal matter. Some women will make a spur of the moment decision the minute they find out about the affair. Many times, they regret their choice. For other women, whether to stay or leave is a carefully thought-out decision in which many factors are taken into consideration.

For some women, staying is the right decision. For other women, the right decision may be to leave, but each woman must make her own choice.

LADIES MUST HEAR: Bra increases sagging of b00bs - Scientist Says

Posted by Unknown Kamis, 21 November 2013 0 komentar
Black woman Bra
It is time to let go the expensive BRAs we keep as they seem to have no real benefits—except probably being se*xy lingerie…

According to scientists, brassieres increase sagging of our boobies and don’t alleviate back pain, contrary to what we have been for years.

Wearing a bra does nothing to decrease back pain, and the support offered by a brassiere actually encourages the breasts to sag so if you are worried about sagging, it is time to ditch the bra.

A 15-year study led by Jean-Denis Rouillon, from the University of Besançon in eastern France, found that “bras are a false necessity.”
“Medically, physiologically, anatomically – breasts gain no benefit from being denied gravity. On the contrary, they get saggier with a bra,” Rouillon, a Sports Science expert, told France Info radio.

To come to this conclusion, Rouillon spent a decade and a half measuring the changes in breasts of hundreds of women- between the ages of 18 and 35 using a slide rule and caliper at the Centre Hospitalier Universitaire in Besançon.

Of the braless women, the researchers concluded that “on average their nipples lifted on average seven millimeters in one year in relation to the shoulders.”

According to a 28-year-old woman who took part in the study and who has not worn a bra for two years now, there is no way she will be going back to wearing a bra.

She told France Info Radio that “There are multiple benefits: I breathe more easily, I carry myself better, and I have less back pain”.

I am not buying any more bras again and in fact without them, my nips are able to stand up straight—bringing me all the attention I deserve.

"Marriage Is A Joke” Says Woman Who Sleeps With Four Different Men

Posted by Unknown Kamis, 07 November 2013 0 komentar
A saucy relationship therapist who encourages her patients to take on lovers follows her own advice — as she juggles four men.
marriage
Widowed Relationship expert Louise Van der Velde is seeing a property tycoon, a Dubai businessman, a fitness instructor, and a “bit of rough” electrician.
The mum of two, who claims marriage is “a joke” – says her lovers allow her to live out her fantasies.
She thinks unhappy couples should look elsewhere for s*x – and even wants marriage contracts changed so they include the right to infidelity.
Louise, 38, who calls herself the Pleasure Professor, had many normal relationships when she was younger.
And Louise – who has written a book on multiple relationships – says she has four or five orgasms per s*x session.
She says lover ONE – a multi-millionaire who runs a solar panel company in Dubai – is like Christian Grey, the macho hero of hit er*tic novel Fifty Shades of Grey.
Louise says: “We met six years ago. He is super-rich, powerful, dominant and so sexy. He is incredibly adventurous in bed. We enjoy tantric s*x together, it lasts for hours.
“We see each other once or twice a month. He sees who he likes when he is not with me and I do the same. We talk openly about our other lovers — we have no secrets.”
Lover TWO is a personal fitness trainer she calls “Mr Body Beautiful”.
She says: “The fantasy he fulfils is just one of pure lust. He has the perfect body, with huge, well-honed muscles. We see each other two or three times a month and enjoy an intensely physical relationship.
“It’s electric. But as well as s*x we share other interests and we go to the gym together a lot.”
Lover THREE, a property tycoon who was on Channel 4 show The Secret Millionaire, is “Mr Intense”.
Louise says: “He is very driven and passionate about what he does. He is highly intelligent and we talk a lot about his ideals and ambitions.
“My fantasy here is obvious — what woman isn’t turned on by a brooding intellectual?
“I saw him intensely for about a year until we cooled off over the past few weeks. He was getting jealous and over-involved.”
Lover FOUR is Louise’s Bit of Rough. She says: “He’s a 25-year-old sparky who certainly is full of sparks. The whole relationship is fast and furious. He is exciting because he is always open to learning new things.
“I met him on a train to London. He made me laugh and has been doing it ever since. I know he sees other women his own age but I’m confident they don’t compare to me. I guess I’m his Mrs Robinson.”
Louise has told all her lovers about each other. She says: “They are honest with me and I am honest with them. The property tycoon and the electrician are both monogamous with me.
“The other two sleep with other women. It doesn’t bother me in the slightest. They can do whatever and whoever they want.”
Louise admits she has to be organised to have such a busy love life.
She says: “Obviously my Dubai lover lives hundreds of miles away so those visits take a bit of arranging. My fitness instructor lives quite near so we’ll just ring each other and arrange dates. I suppose I am most spontaneous with my bit of rough.
He lives round the corner from me and we communicate a lot by text. He’s the one who’ll get the booty call when I’m feeling passionate.”
Louise stresses she isn’t totally against marriage — and says the seven years she was married to late husband Stephen were among the best of her life.
But she says couples with serious problems should not stay together for appearances — or their children.
Louise has two children by Stephen, a GP who committed suicide eight years ago — a son aged 16 and a daughter, 11.
She says: “I had a happy marriage until my husband tragically died.
“Since then I have had countless people who walk into my practice seeking help because their marriages just aren’t working.
“I can see why couples want to protect their kids from a marriage breakdown.
“But I think it is good for children to see their parents standing up for happiness.”
Louise, from Camberley, Surrey, says her children know she has lovers but they play no part in their lives.
She says: “They are protected in that way. Like all other little girls I was told about the fairytale romance but the truth is marriage isn’t really working for most people.
“I think it is time we built a new relationship model, one that actually works. If it were down to me I would make sure there was a get-out clause in every set of marriage vows.
“If someone had told me at 28 that by the time I was 35 I wouldn’t be with my husband but would be with four men I would have said, ‘No way’.
For that simple fact alone you should be able to personalise a marriage contract. In my opinion, a promise of fidelity should not be included.”
Relationship expert Judi James said: “She’s wrong to dismiss long-term relationships and marriage as a joke. You don’t need a calculator to have a truly fulfilling love-life and when you start counting lovers and orgasms there’s probably something missing in your life.”

7 Tips to Get Over Your Heartbreak

Posted by Unknown Jumat, 01 November 2013 0 komentar
“Ral, this is my worst fear coming true. How could I have been so blind?  This was supposed to be my one. Now I’m back to square one.” My dear friend winced. For purposes of this post, my dear friend’s name is Lola. There were no tears but I could tell she had shed some. We were sitting at our favorite restaurant. This wasn’t our usual “girl’s night”. Lola’s boyfriend just broke up with her- This was an emergency.
I wasn’t sure what to say, so I called on my psychology degree. “I’m listening”, was all I said.
She took the cue.
“Ral, I’m just frustrated. I’m angry, maybe even bitter. I’m hurt. This wasn’t how I planned it to turn out. Why didn’t I see it coming? Wait a minute…actually I did. I should’ve just called it off but I was  hopeful while the yeye boy was busy planning the break-up. Men eh!” Lola hissed, took a sip of her Daiquiri and continued.
“Now I have to go and take down all those albums on Facebook. And you told me about putting up pics on Facebook and BBM but was I listening? Are you going to tell me you told me so?” She sighed looking up at me.
“No I won’t”, I said smiling coyly.
“Thank you for that, even though I know you probably want to. And how dare she (other friend) tell me I can get over it? She doesn’t know what it feels like to love. Anyone who has been in love would understand why I feel really sick right now. I really need to dig myself out of this rut.”
I laughed. Then thought maybe I shouldn’t have.
“Why are you laughing this girl?” She asked with one eyebrow raised.
“Because you’re asking me to tell you the same thing she (other friend) told you.”
Lola laughed too. That was a good sound. I hadn’t heard her laugh all evening.
“Truuuueee” She said dragging out the word. “But I know you. You won’t merely tell me I can get over it. You’re going to tell me how”. She said letting out a deep breath.
So, there we sat for the next 3 hours over Martinis and Daiquiris discussing her “Escape from the break-up rut” plan. What I told Lola that night is what this post is made of.  If you’re going through a break up or considering one at the moment, this post is dedicated to assisting you do the same: dig yourself out of the rut.

First and foremost, you need to give yourself time to grieve. You’ve been hurt so you need to cry it out, in some way. Its understandable to want to cry, so let yourself do it. Go ahead and think about it….the good times, the bad times, the ‘ok’ times. For the last time. Take time to decipher where things went wrong. Cry. Think. Yell. Think again. Cry again, if you need to.
breakup- grieve
But do this within reason. AND most importantly, literally give yourself a deadline- two days, three days, one week. But when the time is up, go on the next step.
Make a conscious decision to get over it. My dad used to tell me that the human mind is the most powerful and obedient tool any human could possess. He even believed if you were determined in your mind, you could heal yourself of a physical illness but that’s a whole different blogpost. Bottom line- You can’t get over something if you don’t decide/want to. If you’re still secretly wishing you get back together, you won’t be able to heal. If you’re still blaming yourself for things that you did wrong in the relationship, you can’t get over it. And if you’re still holding on to the good times, you would never get over it.
Like I told Lola, I’m not saying this is easy. But YOU can do it. You have to forgive yourself for anything you blame yourself for and accept the fact that the relationship is done. Having the “will” to get over it, is the first step to paving your “way” back to sanity.
“Build a bridge, get over it, burn the brIdge so you won’t be tempted to cross it again”
More so, you need to stop worrying about what people will think. Lola’s break up was especially painful because, against my advice (I must add), she had been gallivanting him on social media as the “love of her life”. She wondered what she will say when people asked about him. I advised her to come up with a generic answer for when people (who aren’t close enough to her to deserve the full story) ask. For example, “we broke up o, things just didn’t pan out but it was for the best” or “it wasn’t working out but you know how these things go, we’re still cool”. I told her to say something like that and change topic. Fast. She also needed to resolve to handle it well if and when she ran into him in a public place. “Things don’t have to be weird”, I told her “Be cordial, and keep it moving”. It worked.
Talk to someone you can trust OR write down your feelings. Find a way to vent. Its always best to unload on a friend who’s willing to listen. Just like Lola was doing with me that night. Sometimes, you don’t even need them to respond- just to listen. It’ll make you feel better. I also know a lot of people are uncomfortable discussing their feelings with others. If you’re that kind of person, I won’t bother trying to convince you otherwise. Instead, I’ll advise you to write down your feelings. You can even write a letter to your ex- things you wish you had said to him/her. FOR YOU and NOT FOR HIM/HER. DON’T SEND IT no matter how tempting the idea gets.
If you can, also write down the reasons why the relationship was fruitless, then keep it if you can. When you start having second thoughts, you may need to re-read it to remind yourself of why you need to move on. Even when you’re in a rut, you’d be amazed at how clearly you can express the contours of the relationship and the positive lessons it has taught you. But you won’t see this ingenuity of yours, till you re-read with a clearer mind-set. The more your grief lessens, the more you’d learn from yourself
Regardless of whether you decide to vent to someone or write the feelings down, you should  surround yourself with positive people who love you and have your best interest at heart. Break-ups pave the way for feelings of insecurity and inadequacy, you need people around you to boost your self-esteem and get back to old/happy you. When they tell you its your ex’s loss, not yours and that you deserve better, its in your best interest to believe them. They’ll help you re-realize your worth.
Maintain a good distance from the ex. At least in the beginning. Even though I’ve never done so, I totally understand that some people need to go all nine miles- delete the ex, and sometimes his/her friends as well, off all social media . One of my friends turned off her Blackberry newsfeed just so she won’t have to obsess over her ex’s updates because she knew and accepted she was inclined to do so. Do what you need to do to keep your distance…and your sanity. No matter what you do, its never a good idea to call or text. No need to reminisce with your ex.

Get rid of “emotional triggers”- all things that remind you of the ex- delete their pictures from your phone or if you can’t stomach that just yet, put them someplace where you don’t have easy access and tag it “history”. And STOP checking their Facebook profiles. Staring at their pictures or pictures of both of you will only set you back emotionally.
Remember once you have decided to get over it, you can’t second-guess your decision and opening yourself to your ex’s charm will only pull you back in. The truth is that whatever you don’t feed won’t grow- the only way to make the emotions go away is to starve them.
Get Busy/Redefine Yourself. This is as simple as the old rule that an idle mind is a devil’s workshop. Keep your mind and body busy. Find a hobby and immerse yourself in it. Take the time to take a vacation you’ve been planning. Do something you’ve always wanted to do. Exercise. Indulge. Read a book. My mother still tells me to this day- nothing succeeds like success. Focus on making yourself better: look better, learn new things, impress yourself, remind yourself of your value…you’ll start to feel better. Remember, the best revenge is living a good life!
In the same breath, I have to add that you can’t let a bad relationship/breakup change you. You’ve heard it many times- “every ‘player’ was once a heartbroken good guy”. It is true. A lot of times, people close off and harden their hearts after a break-up. In fact, arguably, its quite normal. People say “I’d never fall in love again” “All men are cheaters” “All women are liars”. And then, they start to live it. Its either they never give another person to chance to love them or even if they do, they keep judging them using the crimes of their ex.  Truly redefining yourself requires keeping who you truly are or want to be. Changing because of your ex is giving them power…it means giving them indefinite control over your life.
Never let yourself forget why the relationship ended. When a person shows you who they are, please believe them the first time. Remind yourself why you and the ex can’t get back together. If he hit you, who’s to say he won’t hit you again? If she cheated, how can you trust her again? If they showed you aren’t priority, what has changed? Learn your lesson.
You know, I’ve learned that the fear of the process of getting over the break-up is wayyyy scarier than actually doing it. Once you rediscover yourself void of your ex, you may even begin to wonder why you were heartbroken in the first place. Trust me, when you start to see things crystal clear, your relationship will start to play out in your head like a movie- you’d be experiencing it as a third party and you’d see things you never saw: little things will continue to add up.

More so, if you never forget why the relationship ended AND you truly learn what love should be, you will more easily recognize the same dreadful traits in the next person you date. A lot of people fall for the same kind of person and get heartbroken over and over and over again. That’s because they forget what they didn’t like about their previous relationship and continue in an endless cycle of pain and loss.
Lastly but DEFINITELY not least, pray about it. God is not above hearing the little things that hurt you- it concerns Him and He IS the ultimate comforter. If you drifted away from a relationship with him previously, this is a good time to seek him out again. Trust me, He has a way of making you feel like he hasn’t slept on you yet. Tell Him what you want. He listens.
In some weird way, I truly believe that hanging onto a past relationship can spiritually hide you from your “true one” because when your mind is overtaken by one person, you don’t seem to see anyone else. So when you pray, ask God for help in healing and in finding the person who’s meant to be yours. He has a way of getting around to that.
Lola is all healed and happy again. I hope these tips do the same for you. If you’re currently going though a break-up, keep your head up. Remember, this ex wasn’t always in your life…you were once happy/content without them- why should they now dictate your happiness? Hang in there, give yourself time, it WILL get better.
Besides, there’s lot of love in the world to be found. My sister Ogo always says it’s funny how when you’re in a bad relationship or going through a break-up, you can’t fathom the thought of being with someone else or that there is anyone else out there for you. But then, she says, there almost always is someone better. But you won’t know till you get over the ex, learn your lessons, free yourself of the pain and get back out there. If you do it well, one day you’ll look into someone else’s eyes and say, “So, this is what real love feels like”.
Stay Inspired…

7 Signs Your Man Is Cheating

Posted by Unknown Jumat, 18 Oktober 2013 0 komentar
These signs are not absolute. As with most things, there could be alternative explanations to these behaviors. For your sanity’s sake, for every sign, I’d give you a Plausible Alternative Explanation (PAE) for said behavior. However, if you notice any of these signs, it may be time to “shine your eye” (insert Nigerian accent). In other words, these signs are indicative of the need to pay close attention to your man. Just follow your instinct. As women, don’t underestimate your inner voice. Now, don’t go snooping in his phone if you’re not ready for what you’d find. And don’t go secretively following him and then blame NwaVic. Justsaying.
Okay here you go;
1. Change in His Relationship with His Phone/Email: This is one of the surest tell-tale signs of a cheating man. If normally your man doesn’t care too much about his phone and easily leaves it within your reach, and all of a sudden, does any of the following, he’s probably up to something…
-puts a lock/password on it,  or
-starts to ensure its always in his pocket or hand
-sleeps with it by his bedside
-takes it everywhere with him, even into the shower
-turns it off when you’re together, claiming he doesn’t want to be bothered when he’s with you
-leaves the room to answer calls
-jumps or acts startled when you pick up the phone, even if only to hand it to him.
Cheating has become high tech. There’s even an app that makes pictures and texts to disappear after a certain time. Notice the new apps he is downloading on his phone.
PAE: If he has a new phone, he may still be so fascinated by it. He could also be planning a surprise party/engagement for you.
2. Changes in Behaviour: A cheating man, especially one with a conscience, will feel guilty. One way to offset this guilty conscience is to justify it. In order to do this, he’ll try to find fault in the little things that you do. If you notice your man has started picking unnecessary fights with you or gets upset at you easily, he’s stepping out. Starting fights is his way of finding a good reason to leave your house early or not talk to you for a day or two. This gives him time for his escapes. On the other hand, if he gets overly nice to you, he’s trying to make you so comfortable and blind you to any signs of his extracurricular activities.
PAE: He may be going through a quarter/mid-life crisis. He may be stressed at work/school. Perhaps, he’s broke. We know how men get when they’re broke. If I didn’t know any better, I’d say he may be on a “man-period. In that case, excuse him-its his time of the month. LOL

3. Rejects Your Affection: Some men are generally not affectionate and don’t subscribe to the PDA generation. But if your man was once all over you both in private and in public and is all of a sudden not interested or always too tired for you, he’s probably getting it somewhere else. If he’s now hesitant to hold your hand in public, he is probably worried that someone else is watching.
On the other end, some cheating men experience a higher level of sexual appetite when they’re cheating. if all of a sudden, he’s doing things to you, you never knew he was capable of, without any discussion, you have to wonder where he is learning them from. For example, if your man is a one-style predictable kind of lover, and all of a sudden he is flipping you over all kinds of ways, his new “ventures” has probably made him more confident in his abilities. You might like it, but don’t enjoy it ignorantly.
PAE: He may just be watching more porn. lol
4. Disappearing Acts: When you spend a good amount of time with someone, you get to know their typical schedule. You know what time they work, if at all their job requires overtime or traveling, if and what time they go to the gym, if they regularly or rarely have a boys night, and if they like to eat out, or club out a lot. Once your man starts cheating, you’ll notice various changes in his schedule. There will be a lot atypical absences. Commonly, there’s the “I’m working late”. Then there’s the ” have to travel a lot for work” or way too much time at the gym, all of a sudden.
I briefly dated this guy long distance my freshman year in college who would disappear on Thursdays and won’t call me till Sunday. When I’d ask where he was, he had various reasons most of which I knew were plain old crap. He was on the basketball team in his University and would often claim they had practice all day and didn’t have their phones on them. For three days? Feed that to the dogs. Needless to say, that relationship didn’t last long.
And then there was the guy who disappeared in an event where he was with his girlfriend.  They arrived together but then drifted apart to chat with their friends, as is normal in big events. She was dancing with her friends when she noticed she hadn’t seen him in a bit. For almost an hour, she couldn’t account for where he was. It took a year for her to find out that he was talking to another girl in the back staircase. Smh.
The key here is inclusion. Your man could easily take up a new hobby. For example, if he wants to spend more time at the gym or go out to more events and genuinely invites you, no need to worry. But if all these disappearing acts are solo ventures, look harder. When in doubt, offer to come on a sudden trip or outing and notice his reaction.
PAE: Maybe if he thinks you nag too much, he’s escaping you. I know a guy who’s wife didn’t want him to go on vacation with a particular male friend because she thought the friend was promiscious. He said he was traveling for work, then went on a boy’s trip with the friend and a few other guys. Such actions are still inexcusable but at least he wasn’t having an affair.
5. Unexplained Random Occurrences: Men are horrible at cheating. This is a proven fact. If they are cheating, even if it takes days, weeks, months or even years, eventually they’ll get sloppy. Once, one of my girlfriends was looking for her phone which fell into her boyfriend’s couch. Instead, she found a piece of blond hair and she’s not and never has been blond. Another of my friends went to her boyfriend’s house and found that the pictures of them on the fridge were on top of the fridge. She dismissed the thought and put it back. From then on, she noticed that the first time she visited after being out of town, the pictures would’ve moved. Another girl I know found scratches on her boyfriend’s back. As you’d imagine, all these men explained these occurrences away, but then, all these girls later found out the men were cheating.
Other random eye-brow-raising occurrences include a random charge on credit card for a hotel or restaurant you never went to, a random note in pocket, a weird encounter with someone in public who calls you by a different name, and/or an unusual familiarity with him at a place he’s never taken you to.
When in doubt, casually ask for an explanation and watch his response. Defensive, inconsistent or tense responses are dead giveaways.
PAE: Maybe his cleaning lady moved your picture to clean the fridge. Maybe he had an unusual rash/skin irritation on his back.
6. Appearance Change: If a man starts to desire more attention from other women, his physical appearance would improve, for the better. He is all of a sudden loosing a lot of weight, dressing better, taking care to comb his hair, shave and working out more. All those things you’ve been trying to get him to do for years, he’s now doing on his own, without you. This new pride in appearance is a tell-tale sign he’s vying for another woman’s attention. Now there’s nothing wrong with self-improvement but again, the key here is inclusion. If he’s doing all these, especially when he is going out without you or your input, its an infidel’s cry to be caught.
PAE: He could have a health issue that makes him concerned about his weight. But then, the key here is inclusion.
7. Sudden & Overt New Interest/Fondness: Sometimes, a cheating man hides in plain sight. If your man suddenly starts to name-drop a particular co-worker or new friend too frequently for comfort, its time to take a deeper look. One of my coworkers told me she knew her husband was cheating when she started to hear too much of “Angela said”. Once, he had taken up a new interest in a Housewives of Atlanta, a show he had previously sworn off. His reason? “Angela was talking about it today. It sounds interesting”. Turned out, he was watching it just so he could have things to talk about with Angela.
PAE: Maybe he just has an innocent crush on a co-worker, which sometimes is unavoidable. First Date Tips: 10 Things A Guy Notices About You In 10 Minutes

Posted by Unknown 0 komentar
Believe it or not, that hottie in the corner of the coffee shop that you noticed right away isn’t totally buried in his book. He is checking you out! You may not be aware of it, but he is noticing everything about you.

In an online poll, guys admitted that there are a few signs that a girl is worth getting to know a little better. While some of these things that guys notice about a girl may be obvious, others are really subtle! Ready to sneak one by him? If you know what he’s going to zone in on first, you can take a little extra time and TLC on those areas! Here’s your list of 10 things guys notice first! They could help you to plan a proper first date. Wink

1. Luscious Looks
Usually, when a guy sees a girl, his eyes automatically look at her face. And he thinks about whether or not she is pretty to him. But what if his first glimpse of you is the back of your head? Some guys have said that they can tell if a girl is pretty or not just by looking at the back of her head! Wanna know how? Her hair! A girl’s hair is a dead-giveaway on how she takes care of herself and presents herself. Make sure your hair is shiny, luscious and bouncy. Even if you don’t have time to curl it everyday, at least make sure it’s clean and combed out. Your hair should look like it smells heavenly and feels like silk!

2. Perfect Posture
A girl who carries her head high and stands straight and tall sends a message out into the crowd. It says, “Hey, I’m confident, comfortable and sexy. I’m the girl you want to get to know!” That’s one of the things guys notice first about a girl! Just think how someone with slumpy, slouchy shoulders looks. Would YOU want to get to know someone who walked around like they had the weight of the world on their shoulders?

3. Your Friends
Surprisingly, the company a girl keeps has a big impact on first impressions that she makes. You know the statement “Birds of a feather flock together”? Well, it’s true! And in most cases, if a girl has loud, whiny, sassy or rude friends, a guy may assume the same thing about her, even if she attracted him at the beginning. But if a girl seem to have a tight knit group of friends who all seem to be having a great time together, it sends a signal that she is genuine and caring. That’s one of the things guys notice first and love right away!

4. Your Pout
Kissing has been proven to be one of the world’s greatest stress relievers and research shows that most humans spend about 20,160 minutes per lifetime smooching! Wowza! So it’s no wonder that one of the things guys notice first is your lips. Are they soft and smooth? Red or pink? Shiny and kissable? You can bet that he’s going to be wondering that until he finds out, so why not make it sweet suspense? Your lips should be kiss-ready every time you walk out your front door!

5. Perfect Dance Moves
A girl who can dance with the best of them proves a few things: She is confident in her skin, she knows how to have a good time, and she’s not afraid to bust a few moves! Plus, that makes a girl impossible not to notice! So next time you are kickin’ it out on the dance floor, remember that you are being noticed and try to have a good time! Don’t be fake and over-the-top, but do have some genuine fun. Guys definitely notice a girl who is havin’ herself a ball!

6. What You Carry Around
Believe it or not, your purse and other stuff you take with you reveal a lot about your personality! A girl who carries a huge purse full of makeup and other stuff like that is probably pretty high maintenance. A girl who has interesting books or puzzles on hand has a cool personality and loves to learn. A girl with a bright pink phone case is probably bubbly and sweet to be around! A girl with NO purse at all is laid-back, chill and spur of the moment. The girl who carries toothpaste, travel size deodorant and lint rollers is always prepared for anything. And yes, guys do notice these things, ladies!

7. Your Smile
Oh here’s an obvious one! But no matter how obvious or cliche it may be, guys DO notice a girl who smiles. And most of them can tell if it’s real or fake. There’s a few who can be fooled-I always hate it when a super nice guy is stuck with a girl who he THINKS is a princess but we all know her game and it’s not nice. But a guy who is attuned and ready can spot a real smile 5 miles out. So get you some teeth whitener and breath strips and get ready to shine, even on days you don’t feel like it. It’s one of the things guys notice!

8. High Heels
Not that you have to wear high heels every single day, but a girl in a pair of skyscrapers is one thing that guys notice first. High heels symbolize sexiness, strength and boldness. So don’t be afraid to pop those babies on every now and then! Mix it up between heels and flats, but make sure you wear heels at least a couple times a week. You never know when Mr. Right will bump into you! And I always say it’s best to be prepared!

9. How You Strut
A sultry strut can reveal a lot to a guy. Remember in “The Princess Diaries” when Princess Mia got walking lessons? It’s true that the way a person walks has a big influence on how they are perceived. Walk with purpose, style, and grace. Walk like a lady! You don’t need to swagger, or walk like you’re on the fashion runway, but do remember that you are a lady and a man-like stomp will not be cute or sexy to a guy!

10. Your Attitude
Probably the most important thing that guys notice first about a girl is her attitude. A girl can be as beautiful as a sun goddess and as sexy as all get-out, but if she has a bad or ugly attitude, a guy will drop her faster than you can say hello. No man wants to be tied down to a mean witch! So make sure that attitude is in ship-shape, and I guarantee you a guy will notice. I realize we all have bad days, just try not to let the bad days have YOU!

There’s a thin line between being sexy and slutty, pretty and overdone, confident and proud, or sweet and fake. And it takes a special girl to be genuine enough to master that line! Now that you have this list of things guys notice first, you will have it down in no time!
